Éléonore Durocher-Bergeron

Éléonore is a hybridpreneur—an independent consultant for Autrement ici, but also currently head of school and community development at Academos, a mobile mentoring application to help young people find employment. A graduate of the University of Quebec in Montreal in public relations, the University of Montreal in international cooperation and the Concordia University in community development, Éléonore has been interested in the employability of young people for ten years, keeping abreast of the latest trends in human resources. In addition to various experiences as a volunteer aid worker in West Africa, she was also coordinator of the International Youth Internship Program (ISYP) of Global Affairs Canada for four years, and previously an advisor to Employment- Quebec, responsible for student employment files. For the past few years, she has been developing and leading training courses for adults on various themes related to human relations in an intercultural context (conflict management, facilitation technique, organizational development, etc.).
